This policy explains what personal information Proof Renovation collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule an assessment, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to.
Only the service providers needed to operate the site — our hosting provider, our database provider, and our transactional email provider. Each processes data on our instructions only. Where a project requires it, we may share your address and scope with a licensed sub-trade (for example a plumber or electrician) engaged on your job.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for seven years to satisfy warranty, insurance and tax obligations.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@proofrenovation.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is protected by hashed passwords and short-lived, signed, HTTP-only session cookies. Access to enquiry data is restricted to staff who need it.
